You don't necessarily have to subscribe; we also offer a cloud storage service for 3 days, with videos automatically updating every three days. The AI monitoring of human figures and pets is free, catering to basic daily use needs.

What is included in the subscription and how much does it cost?

Subscriptions include Basic (15 days of free cloud storage for $2.99), Plus (30 days of free cloud storage for $4.49), and Pro (60 days of free cloud storage for $7.99), all equipped with delineated area monitoring functions.

Does it support 5GHz wifi?

At the moment, this product only supports 2.4GHz wifi. We will introduce 5GHz versions based on market demand.

Can the image be flipped?

Yes, the video can be flipped, allowing you to install the bulb camera under a porch light socket or inside your home with an adapter.

The precision sensor and motion tracking feature accurately detect and track objects within a wide range. The camera can automatically follow movements within a 355° pan and 90° tilt range up to 30 feet. You can set a fixed monitoring point and adjust it as needed. The camera will begin recording and tracking objects automatically, triggering an alarm when necessary.

AI Motion Detection Analysis Recognition

Our outdoor security camera is equipped with smart AI motion detection that can differentiate between people and pets. The demarcated area alarm function allows you to set specific areas to monitor humans, ignoring other objects like pets or vehicles. It also consolidates notifications to reduce frequent alerts during the same time period.

Wireless & Easy to Install

Our security camera is effortless to install and set up. Simply plug it into a standard E27/E26 light socket (110V~240V) like a light bulb, download the "VicoHome" app, and press the reset button. The camera will search for your phone's Bluetooth to connect to wifi. If Bluetooth is unavailable, the app will display a QR code for connection.

Two-Way Audio/Multi-Device & User Share

With a built-in microphone and speaker, the camera allows for two-way communication. You can speak and listen to individuals on the other end and share the camera with family or friends. It offers free rolling 3-day cloud storage and supports SD cards (up to 128GB, not included) for continuous recording without the need for a subscription. (Only compatible with 2.4GHz wifi, 5GHz wifi not supported)
